The Key-Lab has advanced facilities and equipments Including JSM-6700 scanning electron microscope with EDAX; and advanced PCR sequencing facilities, etc. The value of the equipments are over 16.7 million yuan (RMB) in account. Besides, the Lab has a thousands of fossils, and a large collection of ancient human being bones which is the largest collection in the universities in China. In addition, the Lab has edited and published a journal “Global Geolgy” both in Chinese and English editions.
