The Key-Lab is headed by a Director and three Vice-Directors (including a Executive Vice- Director), and consisting of four Depatments including of Paleontology, Paleoenvironmental changes & fossil fuels, Anthropology & Bio-archaeology, and Paleo-DNA, and with a synthetic technique lab. A Secretary Office deals with the daily management work of the Lab. The office includes a head and 4 secretaries responsible to scientific, administrative and foreign affairs respectively.
